Acanthus mollis Tasmanian Angel

This variety of Bear’s Breeches boasts striking white margins and mottling. In late summer, the leaves of ‘Tasmanian Angel’ are joined by 3-foot-tall, pink-and-cream flower stalks. As the leaves age, the variegation is said to diminish, but it still makes a great multi-season container specimen or a fantastic bedding plant. Grows 2 to 3 feet tall with continuous spread. Plant prefers morning sun and afternoon shade.
